Love the analogy to completely destroying your car and calmly asking, in fact, expecting the manufacturer to give you another... FOR FREE!! It baffles me! I feel your pain. Why should somebody feel it's perfectly okay to vent their vile frustration on a hapless individual for their carelessness. And expect something for free!
