he is hot and can play anything he wants in any style for anyone...im glad to see he is still running with front liners after nearly 30 years...john mayer isnt my thing i guess because im old enough to remeber (im gonna tear your play house down) came out and i compare it to JMT its not technical cool bass lines..i guess some players have to be into that sorta thing but like i said pino palladino has played from don henly to gary numan...now thats a WIDE spectrum to me! the man is pure class
