I love love LOVE these kinds of developments. Its so wonderful, so exciting to see our technology come around like this. Eventually technology will be able to save, enhance and improve the lives of people world wide. It'll be a trickle down effect, where said technologies will firstly be available on the high end, but as cheaper technology becomes available, it'll become available to all people. @Xeletoph and scratch that, actually. Money's value isn't even BASED on a gold standard any more - it hasn't for nearly 100 years! You know what gives money value these days? How much of it is in circulation! And then the federal reserve of course controls how much worthless paper is circulating. Not only does every bill get made with NOTHING backing it, but every bill has interest attached to it which of course the people have to pay BACK to the banks, thus maintaining the cyclical system.

@KazHopa Ummm.... I don't know where you get the idea that we NEED money to make food, clothes, houses, cars, or anything we make. Money is a flim flam, a way of controlling peope. Money is not used to grow trees, pick fruits, run cloth through a loom, and pour metal into molds. Money is a virtual representation of worth, but it isn't actually 'worth' anything.
