I would suggest that the goal of the vast majority of these prominent climate change skeptics is to create doubt regarding the recommendations of the scientific consensus in relation to the impact of our carbon emissions on global climate change. This doubt, once entrenched in the public opinion would provide a brake on real progress towards legislation to restrict carbon emmissions. The obvious benefactors of a lack of progress would be industries who would be forced to lose billions in profits by having to change their business processes and models to comply with stricter regulations. Do you think that it is likely that these anti-climate change advocates are being bankrolled by these industries? You decide?

  • @djarm67 thanks for spreading this video. But you should include a link to the original video.

  • @sureup Updated. I haven't normally put a link to the actual vids with these type of requests to mirror but references to the channel as the original vids have usually been taken down already. The originals have not been taken down as yet so the vid links still work. I should put these in a playlist as well with a link to both PHs channels and an episode list with the video links. Thanks DJ

  • @GroogFish Please check the video description. It clearly states that this is a mirror of a potholer54 video. In addition potholer requested mirrors be posted of this series due to the chance of a single source being taken down via false DMCA claim.

  • @GroogFish who gives a fuck ?

  • The person of the video wants to debate, but he doesnt have any scientific knowledge it seems.

  • @deracinated1

If it wasn't for conspiracy theories, you'd just be another religious fundamentalist. Same old stuff, and people like Monkton feed off of it. You need to believe something.

  • @pilzvergifter

Rofl, u just lost a few hundred brain-cells typing that. :)

  • as a gardener i can assure you its no good to give your plants too much "plant food" omg my brain hurts typing this. MORONS.

  • "plant food". you have to present things _really_ simple, so americans get it, right?

  • glaciers retreating for 200 years does not debunk Monckton.

the lord is sloppy.some times....the lord is right. PAY YOUR CARBON TAX>YOU BREATHER!!!~~~

  • Where the hell is the global warming? I want to wear mucho less clothes. We need global warming right now! LOL

  • Monckton is a reject loser. Global Warming happens at a small natural rate, but humans obviously have sped up the process with our emissions. Anyone who is not lazy and has read all of the sources from both sides of the argument can see this.

  • @tangowahine, Cut and paste function seems to be your favorate old man!
