This band is obviously talented, but I'm really disappointed in this performance.

the conductor is got the tempo way to fast

true it is fast. Go oboe player!

Apparently this conductor decided not to read the tempo instructions. He's playing it twice as fast as both Grainger and RF Goldman indicated. This removes so much of the loving sweetness that is this wonderful work. I feel badly for the ensemble and the audience. They we're deprived of the true nature of this work.
