In "Free Trip to Brazil," MMA legend Eddie Bravo told us about his unlikely victory at the North American trials for the ADCC Submission Grappling World Championships, the best competition of its kind on the planet. In part 3 of this FIGHT! Life series, Bravo, who arrived in Sao Paolo, Brazil as a brown belt surrounded by black-belt masters, recounts his now-legendary fight with Royler Gracie, the undisputed top dog in the sport who had never given up a single point in his career. Bravo had nothing to lose. Heres what happened.

a brown belt defeats a (sixth degree black belt) so Royler had a black belt when eddie didnt even know what jiu-jitsu was and now eddie wants to challenge a newly crowned red/black belt and he turns it down because of greediness good day sir.

@Gamedogg89 thats not necessarily true.. Hes living off of what he created.. Hes living off of the tenth planet system... and yes defeating Royler was a big plus in getting eddie where he is.. I mean not many people could beat any of the Gracies in a BJJ match.. it takes some serious skills to do that

what haters need to understand is that whether you like it or not mission control (rubber guard) gives you more offensive attack from bottom than just waiting for ur opponent to make mistake, what if hes awesome and never make mistakes through out the fight
