@lonovik: we have some kind of election system in the usa called the electoral college that no one understands, but it is possible that ,if there is a very close vote, a candidate can win even if he has a slighly smaller popular vote. so our election WASNT RIGGED or interferred with by the govt, it's just some idiocyncracy in the system. no, bush did not rig it,; we just voted for the wrong person.
