Looking for Woodcocks at Saratoga National Historical Park at dusk. Over 50 people came to the event and were pleasantly suprised to see a male woodcock appear just before dark.

  • Have you seen the shorteared Owls in the park?

  • No, I haven't. I have heard screech Owls. I understand your question. The park should be a good habitat for the short-eared. Will look for.

  • Oh! You're a birdwatcher?! Me too! I haven't been in a long while, though, and very much miss it. I wish I had been here with all of you. Oh my. It's nice to meet another birder, I must say.
