wenever i get credits by signing up for a website, the credits always get declined

If they get declined then you are not completing everything. You have to complete everything to get the credit. For example, if they said you need to sign up and complete an offer to receive credit. If you just sign up, but do not complete an offer, you will not receive credit. You have to complete the offer and sign up to get the credit. I hope this helps!
