A full lunar eclipse occured in this year's Sri Gaur Purnima, the full moon night of the most auspicious appearance of Lord Gaurahari. Thousands of devotees at Sri Sri Keshavaji Gaudiya Math in Navadvip remain awake the whole night and had an ecstatic kirtan which ended with a refreshing bath in the morning at the Ganga...   • kirtan actually started before midnight with some local bengali kirtaniyas then later on there were Kishori Mohan Prabhu and Sudevi didi, then also Purandaracharya Prabhu, also Janaki Mataji. More devotees came at about 3:00 am when the eclipse started and prominent kirtan leaders were Sripad BV Muni Maharaja, Tamal Krsna Brahmacari and Syam-bihari Brahmacari. The kirtan culminated with Sripad BV Padmanabh Maharaja leading just before going to the Ganga. More coming...
