A video tribute to the great American station wagon set to music. Turn up the sound and enjoy the awesome woodgrain paneling we all remember so well of the big four, Ford, GM, Chrysler, and AMC. Thank You for watching today.

  • Brilliant work man! Thank you for making this.

These are some great shots of what we once were here in America. It is great to see my Aunt Edna (red '77 Country Squire) and my Clark (green '78 Country Squire) on another film clip.

  • @fordwagonnut Your very welcome bro, I am honored to have included Clark and Aunt Edna into the video, they are awesome looking survivors from a time when things were different. Both of these fine rides show the owners hard work, and dedication in preserveing them for future generations to see, and enjoy. My Country Squire is currently in the pole barn for winter restoration, and clean-up. She will hide there with the Thunderbird, and the hearse, until spring.

  • Cool, i wish american wagons make a comeback, in the general motors episode of top gear US, they find out that the 90's GM station wagon is GM's best bet for the future, a 1990's Buick Roadmaster nonetheless, they even made a sketch of how a new Roadmaster wagon could look like. I would rather have a wagon than those stupid CUV's they make now, either a SUV or a stationwagon, CUV's are just lame, no SUV capabilities and no more room than a wagon.

  • @CDTbossy LOL! I agree........note to Ford Motor Co...........make me a new 77 Country Squire in snow white with burgandy leather, and the 400 V8. You will hear no complaints from me.

  • Most of my cars have been wagons. Nothing beats them. Minivans were never really "the stationwagon of the 80's" and SUV's were never really "the stationwagons of the 90's"(both car critic catch-phrases). all they were, were lame replacements for the unjustly demonized wagons, somebody was forced to sit in the back-back seat of, for being the problem child. The kind of car suffered, because the kind of child grew up and hated it... It wasn't necessary for them to ruin things for the rest of us...

  • i have 3 wagons 72 kingswood, 78 grand ville,91 marquis

  • Awesome video! This brings back so many memories for me! I wish I had the cash to collect wagons like these!! I'd have so many, I'd have to build a garage somewhere to store them all! Thanks for sharing.
