Turn a 64 lb. Atlas Stone into a 300 lb. Atlas Stone.
Stone lifting is a tremendous exercise for developing outstanding posterior chain strength.
Do this lift for 10 sets X 1 rep with full recovery. This technique is designed for absolute strength and like the deadlift, should not be done reps. Always drop the stone, never lower it. This move is all about concentric force training.
