By the way, if I said that is because the only time I saw them marching, they looked like shit. That's whay they have to be very carefully while wearing the uniform.

@LastXdeth 06182012 you're gonna find that it is actually going to suck to be your ass. Those 3 months will be something you'll never forget and you'll never forget your Drill Instructors names or faces for the rest of your life. I haven't seen mine in almost 8 years and I can still remember them as if I had seen them only yesterday. If you're going to be a grunt your way of life is going to change, if you're going to be a pog then enjoy your 9-5 job, lol.

@KirkGaming I've been in a few marches as a former Marine with 2nd LAR. As a grunt unit I can say we were damned good considering we dont really do many parades because we were always training for combat, then deploying and then coming back and training again. Every generation says the previous one was the toughest. Afghanistan and Iraq aren't cakewalks and anyone willing to run towards the bullets is tough as nails. These guys sucked btw. They are actors though and not real Marines.

Honestly, I believe our military has fallen in standards compared to back during WW2. Those men were tough, if you watch our marches today they are all sluggish and lazy. No pride in it.
