Welcome to another edition of the internets most popular David Mitchell show.

In this episode, David casts his beady eyes over the relationship us Brits have with food. Has the so-called food revolution impacted the way we live? Are we now the greatest nation of cooks on the planet? And what exactly is the deal with snail porridge?

  • @Aure217 :o> I could almost see him as the Master, or certainly some mad scientist trying to take over the world. But I don't think he'd be a good Doctor. "Of *course* the Daleks are winning! They're highly advanced armored killing machines! Bullets can't stop them, what the hell do you think I'm going to be able to do with a buzzing light-up screwdriver?!"

  • Bottom line...food is fuel and tomorrow it will look like shit anyway.

  • I miss Pot Noodle, all I have over here is fucking Ramen instant noodles.

  • Shackleton was of mainly Irish descent and Scott is famous for losing to the Norwegians.

  • Ray Mears! Don't forget Ray Mears! He can cook AND deal with snow.

  • @BritishBlue1 In this video he was talking about the attitude of people, to food. Not the actual taste of the food. If you think German food is shit, thats your opinion and this may very well be shared by many others. However Yora21's comment was refering to the Germans attitude to their food, and the fact that they cook their own food which they like.

  • @Yora21

Yes you may think it's fine but, in this thing we call reality, German food is just as shit as British food. The difference is, the British don't delude themselves.

  • What? Germany can't cook? Yes, we may not create food that is hugely popular in other countries, but unlike the English, we at least like our food and think it's perfectly fine. ^^

  • @almostakiwi Each to their own my friend. Unless they're doing it wrong.

You are doing it wrong. Because I said so. So there.

  • @RPSM101 Forget the egg! Melted cheese black pepper and worcester sauce

  • RESHL\ MAD FOI YOU
