Thanksgiving Day 2010 a Humpback Whale was feeding in the mouth of Manasquan Inlet - Point Pleasant Beach, NJ. This video was made as we returned from a great day of Striped Bass fishing aboard the Cock Robin party fishin boat. The time was about 1:00 pm. Mother Nature is AWESOME!

  • If I was spearfishing that day my ass would of had one cool ass skull and a ton of sushi!!!!

  • gotta love guys who wear camo on fishing boats...

  • mice

  • That's an accident. It's not "eating". And it was likely a depth of field misperception.

  • @lipservicefans just because the whale jumped with mouth open and the bird was in the way, it could've just happened to go in the mouth.

  • @KangarooEagle Science covers it. Baleen whales don't eat birds.

  • @lipservicefans unless you were there and saw the video you can't say the wahle didn't eat the bird can you. footage doesn't cover it.

  • Are they truly saying "he ate a bird" at the end of this video? Uh, humpbacks don't eat birds. No whales eat birds.

For those who enjoy seeing whales, go to Cape Cod. They're this close and closer all the time of the end of the Cape (Provincetown).

  • way to miss EVERYTHING LOL

  • thanks for posting but keep your day job
