Victorian wedding dress

Every CDer has to have a Wedding Gown. This one is not my favorite, but right now it's the one that FITS! 3 multilayer bridal pettis, eyelet lace pantalets and white lace Victorian wedding boots complete the outfit. The necklace is "The Heart of The Ocean"

I don't know who made it, I found it on eBay. These were very popular in all the costume jewelry shops for a year or so after the movie "Titanic" came out.
