can the flash drive be removed back?
by removing when the com is on,will it harm my computer?

yes the flash drive can be removed. If you do remove it while the computer is on it will not harm your computer as long as you safely remove the device. If you do not know how just reply.

@mxcreations Sorry for the very late reply, but basically since a Flash Drive relies on Flash memory(no moving parts, data can be accessed quicker than a standard HD) Windows can store data on parts of the flash drive and therefore it can access it quicker...for example the MacBook Air only relies on flash memory and that is why it can boot up instantly
