  • @TheRebel101 it is much easier and less painful to use ur wrist... when u use ur elbow... ur using that joint as a fulcrum to move.. but at the same time ur straining a major muscle in ur body.. no 2 sorry.. the forarms and ur biceps.. when u use ur wrist ... it is mostly bone so nothing is strained.u can go for much longer with ur wrist than your elbow.. plus using ur elbow is somewhat unstable, because the range u have to swing is much bigger.. u have to really muscle up to get it to stay small

  • @shreddakj So is masturbation

  • @BloedendeAppelflap Direct me to any of this guys videos anywhere on youtube that has all elements of what Dave Weiner describes as music and I will delete my comment

  • @stevegrierson Well, as the implication behind your statement is negative, I would just like to point out that this is a technique exercise, not an actual solo or piece of music. I don't know if that's relevant to the point you were making, but I felt it should be mentioned.

  • @BloedendeAppelflap I remember Dave Weiner saying "There are three elements to music : 1 Rhythm 2 Repetition 3 Phrasing" Examine what this guy is doing and generally does and take what you will from that statement.

  • 0:30 Haha, it's like he's saying in his head "Why the fuck am I playing this slow!!! I wanna play fast".

  • @TheRebel101 He's not solely using his elbow, he does a combination of the wrist and elbow. Different strokes for different folks as they say though I would recommend leaning towards picking with the wrist moreso.

  • i came here for a sod cover :(

  • Is this from 1985 or what?
