It's on the floor next to fallen jar and note. Place glows green light, so you can't miss it if your monitor is on. Place is actually seen in this video after 4:50.

Do you have the letter and skeletal hand with you from the floor of the manor? Also try persuading, charming or bribing.

dude what do i do i told him ll follow him to the manor but then went on to do other quests. then i went to leyawin and found him there. i dont want to walk alll the way from leyawiin to anvil. what do i do?
