It actually sounds like a sped up, cut version taken from The Movie.
Disney Afternoon used to always cut the themesongs down, and that annoyed me to no end.

THE SEASON 2 DVD VERSION HAD THIS INTRO WHEN I SELECT A EPISODE SUCH AS THE EPISODE SHOWN ON TDA (THE DISNEY AFTERNOON) WAY BACK IN 1990.

They gotta make room for the rapidly expanding commercial breaks.
At least they kept a 45 second intro back then, nowadays TV shows don't even have intros.

Great show for kids. Today's "so called" kids shows are really inappropriate for kids. No wonder why everyone is more violent than they used to be!

I remember a tape somewhere with some stuff from the other series on Disney Afternoon, but I haven't come across it in a long time. Can't promise it, but I'll definitely look. Just started posting and I'm only on tape 1 of around a hundred or so of random stuff from the late 80s/early 90s. Stay tuned!
