  • Does not come with a battery. Recommend the 2300 custom Matrix/Tenergy 9.6 V or 11.1 1500 Li-po

  • @JohnMatrixCommando im going to buy this gun, but what battery should i get for it. i want it to be affordable and reliable. plz respond

  • @Soap1180 9.6V Matrix/Temergy 2300 custom type $32. I bought this gun back when it cost $100. For the price of the Matrix M4 $120 I would suggest looking at the JG M4 carbine and the G&G M4 carbine both are $140 and are better guns with quicker trigger response time and less problems with the trigger and wires.. The all metal COLT JG M4 is only $160. Just choices to make. Good luck!!!

  • plz reply i im looking to buy this gun but i want to know if it has the tornado speed gears or the torque up gears...and what motor is uses and what brand it is.. TY

  • @MrZuluAirsoft Green no name motor which is a torque up motor. I think the gears are torque up as well.. Back when I got mine, it was a great deal for only $100, now at $130 you might want to consider getting the JG Colt M4 Full metal body for $160. or the JG M4 Carbine for $140. They do not have the tight bore barrels but they are lipo ready and are more dependable. Don't forget the 19% off coupon "awesome" you should end up paying about 150 including shipping. Good Luck!!!

  • Does this come with a battery? If so what kind?

  • @JohnMatrixCommando hello,i noticed as i use my m16 aeg(stock) the gun`s connector burned or melted, why is that?i dont even overcharge my gun,are all aegs experiencing this?thanks. john

  • @JohnMatrixCommando Its a really good gun, great to learn how to upgrade and tinker. When you decide to replace the trigger piece you might as well replace the wireing assembly to get silver low resistance wires. This will increase your trigger response time. They have videos on EVIKE to show you how to open a box and take apart and reassemble an M4. Good luck.

  • @JohnMatrixCommando

  • @reeyuh526 Was your boneyard a sportsline for $80 or full metal for $100
