@pokeplatsecret Yeh there is, I can't remember the name. Something like Liberty Tick Distro Rom Editor.

do you have the distribution / event maker for the black & white version?
-
Do you have to use a Flash cart? Can't you distribute the event from the computer to the DS?

get mystery gift editor from project pokemon forums (PMGE v1.4.2.0 Portable.zip ) to activate the hg/ss distribution on the .PCD file
-
@omnitrix9999 after you're done distributing you can just turn it off or if you're receiving just do mystery gift normally
it does work with R4 but you might have to use wood or another file viewer to play the distribution rom
it works through local wireless not wifi

I tried it doesn't work (yet?) because there aren't B&W options to activate it for those versions nor B&W exclusive pokemon. Another thing is that the B&W mystery gift editor (PokeSav v0.06 Beta) has different different file formats (not .PCD but PGD).
Those downloads don't work, just says corrupt file and I can't find PEMv1 on any other site :/

@spinder101 Sorry about late reply, see other comment. The downloads /do/ work, but they were archived in a special subset of the 7-zip format. You need a very recent version of the 7-zip program (WinRAR won't work) to open it correctly.

It's always telling me that the .pcd file already exists and won't make the distribution ROM. Can anyone help me?

@grandmaster101587458 Sorry about the late reply, a misunderstanding with Google has had this account locked for the longest time.
That's a bug in this version of the program, I might update it later. Store the .PCD files in a different folder than the program. The bug is because it tries to copy the .PCD to its own folder temporarily during the process, and it isn't checking correctly if it already exists, so the I/O fails.

where can i find a list of the IDs of distrobuted events.

@nntb The IDs and the ROM title don't matter. At all. All they do is make the ROM show up differently from a flash cart menu, so you can tell multiple distributors apart on the same cart. Call them whatever you want.
