@KRISSYKARMA Just because it has Ford on the front doesn't mean its an American car. It had nothing to do with the America. It was designed by Fords European department, firstly UK and then with Germany for this model. i know we just aint gonna agree on this one lol

@5150martin dude why you hating japan and no a skyline isnt ungly at all come on now and that motor can make at least 700hp wit stock internals and a bolt on turbo or a 2jz motor would do just fine in that car japan makes some of the most power motors out there for there size

why piss about with cosworths and such like,,this guy has the rite idea, nissan,, yup its jap , and yup a skylines ugly,,mk2 escorts are cool, and with this motor in it will be a rocket ship,name me another 2.5 litre engine that will make 500bhp on standard internals,and i bet it ways the same as a 2litre panto,,,lol

@KRISSYKARMA Yes, but you forgot a key detail.. Ford Escort0 **MKII** or Ford Escort Mark 2 ... That version was only sold in Europe and over seas, Australia & Israel.. (Ford branch in UK and Ford branch in Germany worked together for the mark 2) ... The way your thinking, you might as well call Toyota American as well. Company is based in Japan but has factories around the world including the US. Learn about the company you seemingly fan boy over before you try to use it in an argument.
