I used to use the 2 race strategy. I was never very good but I liked it. I would use protoss, wait until my teamate had a huge number of svc's or drones, mind control it and then use it to build a secondary race advantage. It didn't really work for me because I couldn't macro very well but it might work for you if the protoss still have that ability.

actually void rays can defeat a lot of stalkers if you know how to use them)i mean charge them before targeting the stalker army)... :|
