@afgpoison1 even if our population was 5 million we would still need help, imagine 60 million people and you dot even have a 1 billion dollar revenue, it almost makes me laugh. If i was in charge i would not allow anyone to have more than 2 kids, if you do they would not be able to go to a public school,use a public hospital, university. The rich would have more kids, but that is life, i would like to have a couple of million dollars too.

@afgpoison1 The UK government where i live has warned Afghanistan that it might be able to help it for the next 4- 5 years after that it will not. This is because the whole is getting poorer, this country is in massive debt, the only thing Afghanistan can do is to ask people to plan their families. This is nothing new, in Pakistan the government pays families to have less kids, when you look at its economy, after 10 years of introducing this program its economy grew by an extra 7%.

@afgpoison1 construction is one of the few sectors than you can work in as labourer, when you are illiterate.

In the next 30 years the Afghan population will double in size to over 60 million, if it continues growing at 2.7% every year,the Afghan government says it will take it atleast 15 years to be able to stand on its own two feet, and not need any American or foreign aid, that is on the condition that there is peace. People need to realize that 2- 3 kids is enough.

@yamaasmaye yes you do have a point, but who is going to build those hospitals, roads, railways??? To build a hospital you need 1 engineer and 200 workers. One generation has to be sacraficed
