There are two ways to get baptize with the holy ghost.

method 1: it will happen when you pray for it and want it.

method 2: ask somebody that already is baptized with the hoky ghost, put there hand on your head and let them pray for the holy ghost in your life.

It was a combination of the two methods by me.
