spinkle you maggot- the Surge was supposed to end in July 2007 and assessed by benchmarks on its progress-that was the deal with Bu-sh**head. At that time the Surge was failing you stupid little toe fungus. By all accounts the Dems had the right to cut off funding for it...BUT unlike crapmuck like you neocons, the Dems were flexible and had foresight-they gave the Surge ANOTHER chance to work- the DEMS are responsible for its current success. Now McCain is taking credit for the Dems great wisdom
