  • i have been pulled over by the police atleast 20 times in cuffs atleast 4 times and have never been anything but friendly and respectfull to them because i respect there job.

and have never had to much to complain about them personaly.

but i have seen it many times the police act more like a bully on a school yard then upholders of justice and public saftey.

the cop in this couldnt just shake his head and go on to the next call?

instead he acted like a kid trying to get even

  • You cannot say just say anything you want. (like FIRE in a crowed theater). Anyone who thinks they can is stupid. This "man" that was arrested put himself in that situation. I know Matt, and he is, at best, a self absorbed slacker. All of his friends are idiots as well - in their 20's still live with their parents, menial jobs, pot smoking, think that they can change the world with their anti-fascist t-shirt idiots. Oh, and Matt Harden also kills family pets. Burn in hell Matt Harden.

  • We need to know what happened. Freedom of Speed specifically protects offensive expression.

  • Freedom of Speed = the RIGHT to express dissatisfaction to Police.

  • I live in Jonesboro and it is "my opinion" <- (legal disclaimer) that we have the most corrupt cops and judges anywhere! These jerkoff's here set the stage for the stereotype hick town cops and judges who are above the law. And yes I said "are above the law" instead of "think they are above the law...because they fucking get away with it every god damn day and there is nothing any of us can do about it!

  • I feel sorry for Jonesboro.

  • @Myuzishin actually you cannot call an officer of the law anything that may offend them or they can charge you with disorderly conduct. other than that i completely agree.

  • no, he gave up his rights of speech once he started slandering/hackling the cops......ppl need to REALLY need the Bill of Rights

  • question: still yelling, "if all he said where nice things would the out come be different", would his house still have been searched( remember there was a charge for a weapon)? there is a law recently pass that allows the right of any u.s. citizen to arrested and detained for interrogation for an unspecified amount of time 911 was used to inject domestic terror laws aimed at those who speak out against unlawful actions of the government which rules over them.
