just my opinion, but if you loved someone, not infected, why would u risk infecting them? why risk having a child you probably wont get to see grow up? dont think I could do that.

@sauceykat Actually, it's not as common as you think for children to contract HIV from a parent. But I don't know who'd sleep with her unintentionally. Then again, they must really love each other. Still, I wouldn't put myself on the line like that.

@connie8893 thats a retarded statement. her husband knew of her status, and he was fine with it. she probably was on meds when they had sex. HIV folks on meds with undetectable viral count are safer to have sex with than someone whose status you don't know about. Stupid comment, think before you type.

@UnscrupulousAgitator I was thinking the same thing. I would NEVER set my child up like that. If I contracted it I would just live with the fact that I wasn't going to have kids, or marry someone that didn't have it. Why share my sickness with others???? Wow, that is crazy!
