Angels & Airwaves Love Live Rocks The Big Screen Offering Full Sensory Experience And Special Q&A With Tom DeLonge

One-Night Live Event Presented by NCM Fathom and Angels & Airwaves

Features Special Musical Performance and Debut of Music Video in More than 460 Select Theaters Nationwide on August 10

Centennial, Colo. -- July 19, 2011 -- Angels & Airwaves, one of the world's most visionary musical groups, is set to take the stage bringing its latest opus to more than 460 movie theaters nationwide on Wednesday, August 10 with Angels & Airwaves Presents LOVE Live. This one-night, multi-media event will be broadcast live from Boston at 8:00 p.m. ET / 7:00 p.m. CT / 6:00 p.m. MT / 9:00 p.m. PT (tape delayed). Following the broadcast of LOVE, TransWorld Editor-In-Chief Chris Cote will moderate a live Q&A with Angels & Airwaves frontman Tom DeLonge (of blink-182 fame), writer/director William Eubank and lead actor Gunner Wright. Angels & Airwaves will then take the stage for a high energy, live performance of three of their most popular songs, and will debut the music video for their first single off the LOVE Part Two album.

Presented by NCM Fathom and Angels & Airwaves, Angels & Airwaves Presents LOVE Live will be broadcast nationwide through NCM's exclusive DigitalBroadcast Network.

"It took five years to complete this amazing project," said DeLonge. "I'm so happy it will finally be experienced the way we always envisioned -- seen on the big screen in theaters all over the country in 5.1 sound."

LOVE consists of two major components -- a full-length feature and double album. The Angels & Airwaves Presents LOVE Live Fathom event will begin with an introduction of LOVE from the feature's executive producer DeLonge, along with Eubank. Next, fans will be treated to a screening of the thought-provoking feature, LOVE, which explores the psychological effects of isolation when an astronaut becomes stranded in space, while he orbits a dying Earth below. Through his loneliness, he learns the importance of human connection and love.

"This event combines breathtaking visuals with a live concert in a truly unique way allowing movie theater audiences to completely immerse themselves in the world of AVA through different multi-media channels," said Dan Diamond, vice president of NCM Fathom.

@NoodlesNDM1 the same reason almost all space/scifi movies have gravity on spaceships, it's assumed that we have figured out how to generate artificial gravity to make spaceships and stations easier to live and work on
