Ever since I was little I wished I could be a gypsie, a Roma. I still get laughed at for it, but I don't care.

The gypsy culture is rich and beautiful, whereas my ethnicity, Caucasian, has little culture. And even though I am not blood Roma, I feel like I should be.

So I hope the real gypsies don't mind that I have borrowed your culture, lifestyle, and fashion sense. ;) You're getting me through life, you beauties.

@goddessofmanga YES, love, this song IS indeed available on itunes, (and other places) and thank you so much for asking! ;-) ;-) ;-) It was recorded with my old band, SONA, has always been one of my favorite tunes, and holds a dear place in my heart. Just look up the band "SONA," and it should be on the album called "acousticnakedladyland," entitled, "Gypsy Song!" (pun on Hendrix' album, electric naked lady land...)

So thrilled this has gotten such lovely views/reviews!

I went on a dream sojourn with gypsy women, all dressed in flame red dresses. we travelled in lands full of mystery, exuberance and exotic fun. We passed through dangerous dens of vampires, werewolves and demons. it was land of magic, dreams, bohemy,and freedom from all earthly restrictions...Ah!!! I wish I could live there forever..
