Brilliant!!

This is extraordinary. I was looking up JACKSON browne in my head, but typed duncan instead (must have been a subconcious thing),and subsequently re-discovered him - 'Journey ' initially which I instantly recognised and fell in love with all over again such evocative guitar work and lyric, and now this. Teary stuff.

Fantastic song!
-
There's another world behing the sun,
It used to shine on everyone
And lately I'm amazed at the way it's growing,
It moves in at midnight when I'm all alone,
A million miles across the star land,
He Keeps on shinning, on everyone,
He says, you may have lost your Holy- Mother, but i have lost my only son.
-
So much is misdirected before it can start,
but someone left moonlight in my heart,
never surrender to the maudeline man?
He sells you iron? if he can
-
Fabulous piece of music, such a tragic loss of musical talent that he died so young.
-
so good
-
A million miles across the stars loud
And it keeps on shining in everyone he says
You may have lost your holy mother
But I have lost my only son.
-
A million miles across the stars loud And it keeps on shining in everyone he says You may have lost your holy mother But I have lost my only son. So much is mister acting before it can start But someone there moves me light in my heart Never surrender to the mother and lie (?) It sells you high if he can Theres another world behind the sun It used to shine in a merry one (?) And lately Im amazed that the way its growing It moves me in the midnight when I was all alone

Sorry if I demonstrated myself as a lazy guy. To prove the opposite here goes what I can write down just listen to the song. Corrections and completions are well come.
My only son (lyrics)
Theres another world behind the sun
It used to shine in a merry one (?)
And lately Im amazed that the way its growing
It moves me in the midnight when I was all alone

I always remembered Journey from the 70s , only just found out that he had recorded so much more wonderful music, this track is Haunting in the best sense
