your baby is absolutely gorgeous and funny. i'm getting a shih tzu by next week, is it really that hard to housebreak them like what most dog info sites say?

when i got lily i thought she was going to be hard to housebreak but she wasnt.i took her out every hour for the first month giving her treats after her coming back in.she was housebroke quickly but she had a lapse when she was spayed and was having accidents,so i started taking her out every 30 min and within a few weeks she was back to normal.lily is going to be 2 in april, she still has accident now and then but its not bad,the only problem i have with her is when i go out she poops inside

I'm going to try this method. I just got my baby shih, leina, she poop inside the house of course, I haven't taken her outside yet because I'm afraid her vaccines isn't complete yet. Can you suggest me some ways on how I can housebreak her inside?
