My mistake... Those crackers are from Puerto Rico. For spicier cerviche, add more serrano peppers.

  • hello marion! im from puerto rico, currently living in the uk. i've been following your blogs for a while :-)

  • @wabuchik Thank you, I appreciate it! Please feel free to subscribe if you haven't already! :D

  • Can you please show how to make the shrimp tostadas? I had some once that looked like it had mayo and other stuff. It was so good. If you know how, please tell.

  • @madmravyn I don't know how to make those, sorry. I do have another Mexican recipe up my sleeve for a later date though. It has shrimp in it.

  • Ceviche is one of my favorite foods. I like 'em with plantain chips (I'm sure you can find them in Florida). You know, you had the color of the Mexican flag on your cutting board - white onion, red tomatoes, and green cilantro =)

And thanks for the flashback of the Galloping Gourmet! I used to watch his show when it aired on PBS in my city. Does Pop like ceviche?

  • @aurayon Pop doesn't like anything!

  • That looks great!!!! Thank you so much for continuing the cooking vids, we all just love them!!

Your package will go out in a few days Marion, I had a crazy week last week...Take Care!!

  • @alandynamite2012 It wouldn't be authentic! But if you absolutely have to, do it before you marinate them. Make it quick. Set the shrimp by the boiling water so they can look at it for a nano-second, then take them away again. ;-)

  • My mother makes 3 types of ceviche~ Ground beef, shrimp, imtitation crab. It's like a mexican version of sushi lol
