James Bradley Jr of Creme de la Cream pumps out an impressive drum solo during a cover of Ginger Baker's Toad at Jazzclub Fasching, Stockholm, Sweden. Apologies to the bass man from the camera man for not holding during riffing!

  • To Icehockey44, budman1955 & hardcorecommercial; Yes this guy is a great talent, a great guy and an absolute star. Unfortunately I only saw him once and it was way back in October 05. I have nothing to do with him or the band and posted this video without permission. I just thought I'd take the time, albeit delayed, to respond to the positive comments posted thus far esp from his family memebers. Peace and love; Taffinsmoke

  • whoa... it's like if ginger baker would've done it himself.

  • I just uploaded a JBJ interview on my channel if you want to check it out - tnx for this footage Taffinsmoke :) you rock!

  • you kinda look like Elvin Jones...

  • Wow, one of the best drum solo's i have ever seen...Solo is very solid, no hesitations, very clean- - no stick clicks or accidental rim hits...dynamics are great (a must to keep the solo interesting)....and last but not least, visually stimulating....at times JBJ sticks are drumming so fast it almost looks solid, like watching the white lines on the highway going 200 mph....Proud to say my band opened for M.D. and i got to see JBJ play live, was in awe then and still am now! Thanks James, Blaise

  • One word can sum up this drum solo by James Bradley Junior..."INCREDIBLE".....Amazing to watch and follow along with his diversity within styles ranging from jazz, rock, blues, pop..let alone rudimentally structured and sound, and remarkable dynamics..I remember my band opened up for Mary's Danish with James behind the kit. I tore down my kit and loaded up as quick as possible to get back in and see a great band chockful of harmonies and hooks, and James wailing away (loved his China like i do!)

  • My name is jordan and i am james bradley jr's son and he is the BEST DAD ever/Jordan

  • As good as I remember bro. James, what's up dude. hit me up on Myspace. Bentley.
