joner888, I thank you for answering me, I was unable to change the volume, but was able to make out some. I have become a fan of Eva in the past month, even though I had a chance to watch nightline about her 6 years ago. Her music gladens me, her story saddens me,she was some talent. I listen to her music everyday, I love it.Hank7

The audio from the original source is low, my advise is to turn up the software volume control in Windows and also the hardware volume control for your speakers.
