All ballistics evidence destroyed by KPD, Redflex and Knox County prosecutors, since the real Redflex Sniper is a Knox County deputy sheriff, according to deputies! Cliff Clark never got a redlight ticket, but Judge Liebowitz confessed that she did get a redlight ticket in this hearing (censored by WBIR). $10,000 worth of guns stolen from Mr Clark were illegally seized from a locked gun safe, later returned.
