Mine fell off my face when i was doin 60 down a gravel road on my dirtbike so i think they are gone

No-no-no! Do NOT use tissue paper or shirts! Put them under water then get the wipe that comes with your glasses and wipe the water off so you can see again. If you've been using your glasses wipe without watering them then you probably have scratches and a wipe full of dust and dirt so shake it about to get the dust/dirt off and if it's still dirty buy another.
