just a question.

when i use eyeliner pencils, i always find that 5 minutes after i apply it.. i have eyeliner all down my face.

ive tried putting eyeshadow over the top to set it and everything, but it doesnt work.

do you have any tips?

its rather annoying.

i suggest using the eyeliner, then blinking maybe 10-15 times, this will forse some of the eyeshadow to smudge, remove that makeup then reapply it, this second layer should last, also set it with the black eyeshadow and also some translucent or face powder underneath it can also help! if its still running it could be because of sweat? just keep powdering. otherwise maybe try a different eyeline?
