Sounds to me like you EWG needs to be adjusted. It shouldn't be fluttering like that.

It's the EBCS. Since it's electronic it causes that noise.

ok. Regardless, person wanted to know if it was a blow off valve. My reply was merely to correct him, which was an external waste gate.
