@MrFutbol4life haha sure maybe if you're doing 21's and at some point you actually do a full ROM. You can keep tension just fine with a full ROM by doing slow negatives, and frankly you will probably see better results too from negatives with a full ROM compared to stopping at 90. Without fully extending the bicep your bicep won't fully develop to get its complete fullness.

my gym doesnt have the z bar u using when doing those curls so is it ok for me to use the barbell instead of that??

How much calories do you guys burn per workout? I mean, there relatively shorter than most peoples workouts, u guys burn like 100-200 cals or something per wrkout?
