Wow, I was living in Richmond when this happened, living in the museum district. I just don't remember it being that bad.... That's crazy. I'm curious what restaurant that is?

I was working at Bookbinder's in the 2300 block of e. cary st. on this day. and these as you can see are in real time not time lapse. it was incredible how fast the bottom flooded that day.

OMG!! im a richmond girl and i remember when gaston hit! i was stranded in the fan and tow trucks were blocking off any rout that was flooded... in the frame at 7seconds thats where i use to live.. right above the old guy... what he is standing in is the entrance to the uper deck of a parking lot
