  • I've been playing the 9 back on an Iphone app called "IQ Boost" for while very successfully. I love this game. I do it for 20 minutes almost every day.

  • @Poloniaas can you site references. i have been following their research but unaware of this study you are referring to. Thanks

  • @IPKMB This works on adult brains as well

  • @happinesson probably an early age because your brain is still developing? idk

  • amazing vid

  • do adult and kids brains react the same way with this experiment? or it is more advisable to start on an early age?

  • @Poloniaas Perhaps. But he sees the same gain in adults.

  • Well, this had lessened the severity of my ADHD!

  • The brain at 02:30 looks so atrophic.

  • The most recent experiment by university of michigan with Detroit kids is unfortunately not all that convincing. Couldn't it be that those students who experienced larger gains with the n-back task are going through a grow spurt in intelligence? Looks more like correlation than causation.
