A lot of people have asked me why i have not posted any videos recently but i just recovered from my bicep injury, This is my first competition after tearing my right bicep 3 month ago and i only been lifting 3 weeks prior to this competition i did some very easy lifting 231 pounds on power snatch and 320 pounds on power clean and jerk and it feels good to be back lifting again and i did not fell my arm at all so i'm happy to be almost 100% now. I did not do that much weight but hey i have to start somewhere after an injury but i fell my strength will come back fast

  • Thanks mate, yea i know i can lift more but its only after 3 weeks of lifting after my bicep tear so it was not bad with not lifting for 3 month and only been back at it for 3 weeks, i be back strong

  • Hey Dario. Never knew you have been hurt, sorry to hear that .when the mind is willing but the body is not......can be very difficult to deal with. I am in Spain/ Gibraltir / Morroco now, where are you in the world today

  • Hi man yeah i tore the bicep doing car flips, but it was only a partial tear but still i was out for a while, but i'm back

  • Do you ever do full squat snatches or/and cleans? I'd love to see your full strength :)

  • before reading the description I knew it was your right bicep.

  • Very impressive. In most weightlifting competition videos that I've seen the lifters always go down to catch the bar in full squat but you just power clean/snatch it.

  • I wish I could feel the scent of his sweaty crack in that tight lycra suit after lifting.

  • That is awesome. In most of the weightlifting videos I've seen, people usually catch the bar in full squat position but you just do the power version. Thats a lot of strength, keep it up.

  • Yeah absolutely Dario. IM so ready to to get off this rock and some time off work. Ive been working with alot of guys from germany and some from Denmark. They have convinvced me to spend some more time in Europe. It would be great to see some of your training and what youve got planned. You have got to have some games coming up soon, no?
