Chama-se desahucio. É o nome usado em espanhol dado a um dos fenómenos sociais que mais tem afetado o país vizinho: os despejos. Estima-se que, por dia, cerca de 520 pessoas fiquem sem casa por não conseguirem pagar as prestações da hipoteca ao banco. Só no ano passado, o número de casos aumentou mais de 134%.
