How to change the "start" in Windows XP

In this video I will show you how you can change the "start" in Windows XP

Maybe some useful information.... READ!!!

When you do this wrong (and I mean real wrong) you might get fucked. So just be careful and follow the instructions in the video. The video is a little bit long, I know. That's why I will re-upload the video soon (Also, the instructions maybe a little confusing). And if you have trouble with downloading, extracting, regedit or Resource Hacker then contact me. Or just here in the comments (recommend) or just pm me. For the silly people, THIS IS ONLY FOR WINDOWS XP.It may work on Win 95/98/ME but I have NOT tested this, so Win 95/98/ME users.... use at own risk.

Because the instructions in the video maybe a little confusing, here are the steps:

1. Download Resource Hacker

2. Make a backup of your Explorer.exe - Which is located in your WINDOWS folder

3. Open Resource Hacker

4. File-Open-Explorer.exe - Located in your WINDOWS folder

5. Hit the + at "String Table" then also hit +at 37. Now click 1043

6. Edit ONLY start. To w/e

7. Click "Compile Script" and go to File-Save As-explorerHack.exe

8. Go to start-Run-Regedit

9. Now just do ecxatly this:

- + LOACL_MACHINE
- + Software
- + Microsoft
- + Windows NT
- + Current Version
- WinLogon -DO NOT CLICK +!!
Double click on "Shell" and change it to ExplorerHack.exe
