  • I beg to differ go see pat at my website. He is down 150 lbs check and see what he looks like.His protocol is on the site. Frequent feedings & protein rev up the metabolisim. 1 large meal a day over time slows down the metabolism just check out the before and after for proof

  • frequent feedings, or 3 meals a day will not affect metabolism. 1 meal a day would be unhealthy and encourages bad food habits, but wont affect metabolism. You'd have to be without food for 3 days to negatively impact metabolism.

    Of course, food quality will help build muscle, thus increasing metabolism.

    This obsession with metabolism slowing is an epidemic.
