scola91660 - Israel's greatest threat comes from Iran. Presently we have troops on both the western (Iraq) and eastern (Afghanistan) side of Iran. We can attack them from both sides. The Israeli's like that very much and want us to keep our troops in both countries as long as possible. Our presense in Iraq and Afghanistan increases the security of Israel and does NOTHING for our security - we empty our treasury and spill our blood for Israel's security. Comprende?

The cold war is over. China is taking all our money selling us cheap goods made at slave wages as we waste blood and treasure overseas so they don't have too. We also a cash cow for international drug companies and military contractors. It ain't a chess game, it's more like taking candy from an overgrown child.
