Here is a new series called ThePeacefulCat's Kitchen..

I have a great passion for making fine food.. And I wish to try and get more young people making fine food for friends and family.. You will be amazed at how quick and easy you can create something that you would pay $40 for in a restaurant.. But most of all it's fun..!!

Next week on the show I shall show you how to make a replica of the famous Big mac and Mcdonalds milkshake..

For more information please feel free to email me...

  • I have never cooked an onion omelette, I would have added a little grated cheese, and a sliced tomato, also a little cream. I like your way of cooking it in butter though, instead of oil. Thanks.

  • I had no idea you cooked...but the omellete looks really good....:-)...I found ur video, on my suggest vids here on youtube..take care pcat...

  • enough already. your eggs are scorched. throw it and start over. you say yes chef.

  • Butter is indeed the best fat as far as flavor is concern but sometimes you need to raise the cooking temp, your butter will burn. Adding Olive Oil to the butter can be a solution (an easy one and it will help raising the temp) or clarifiying your butter! (heat the butter and remove the residue, casein I believe, keep only the golden liquid asa Clarified butter). You can raise the temp with Clarified Butter.
