This police officer searched a protester using s60 powers which he then told his colleagues they should search him for ID which is an offence. April 2nd 2009. He then refused to identify himself after breaking the law. Not surprising for these lying murdering bastards really.

  • How hard is it?!

He is a Inspector he does not have a Police badge number, he says "Bishops Gate Police Station" because what you would have to do is go to Bishops Gate Police Station and make a complaint against the Inspector, he is not known by a number as is a Constable.

  • People wonder why there is so much animosity towards police officers?

    This is why.

People do not become police officers out of respect for their community, and a desire to do good by their fellow citizens. They do it to make a living, and therefore most of our police officers are random guys with badges of power to utilise as they see fit.

    It's very, very sad.

  • you will never get anything out of these freemason officers

  • For god's sake why on Earth are you people out to anoy and get the police?

You should shut up your useless moaning and get on with your life, people like you are just pests to the rest of society.

  • Your A wanker, grow a pair

  • @MrBillyt12345 you may then have Ireland confused with E&W - it may be so there but here it is not I can assure you !

  • @Jonny30284 oh and did i mention that i am a fully qualified solicitor and know a hell of a lot more about the law than you do, ABOVE THE LAW that is so funny im going to show this round the office tomorrow and may email to some friends in london, i suppose you have diplomatic immunity as well do you?

  • @Jonny30284 because as far as im aware in t his country the only person who is above the law is the queen and that is only because she as the crown cannot prosecute herself, i am sure that the general public would be glad to know that u, a supposedly senior met police officer are also above the law that u are under an oath to uphold, so fucking funny. police reform act 2002 states that a police officer MUST identify him/her self when asked by a member of the public(your employers)

  • @Jonny30284 so we have the final proof on computer that you as a senior officer in the met police know that you are above the law. are you sure about this now are you really really really saying that you as a senior met police officer ARE ABOVE THE LAW. so when i call the press with the print out of this and they investigate to find out who you are, you will be prepared to go on tv or in printed press and state that you a senior met officer ARE ABOVE THE LAW. think seriously about it!!!

  • @ococircusboy wrong, i was in the army and worked closely with the ruc in northern ireland and i was told by an inspector in the ruc that if they do not have their warrant card then they cannot arrest you or anything their uniform is not their power the warrant card is, they have absolutely no power without the warrant card and i have seen officers sent of duty for not having their card,

  • @MrBillyt12345 actually they do not have to show you their warrant card but it is advised - as a warrant card is just further proof (if in plain clothes then it is very advisable and a legality for searching).

A police officer still holds the office of constable regardless of warrant card. they have warrant at all times so if they do not have their warrant card with them and happen to arrest you in plain clothes it is still a legal arrest. no warrant card = no warrant card (not no legal power)

  • @MrBillyt12345 Lies, Lies, Lies you are referring HM's police forces as a CRIMINAL ORGANISATION themselves! by it's 'members' breaking the law all the time! Well i can tell you YOUR WRONG! I am a senior officer for the Metropolitan Police and I KNOW that i'm above the law no question about it, but i can assure you that inspector is not breaking the law and neither do any of my officers throughout London, when you become a senior officer your collar number is not displayed!
